Today we celebrate Theo’s 6 year Liver Transplantiversary! We celebrate 6 years since Theo was gifted a second chance at life. We celebrate organ donation. We celebrate & honor Theo’s donor & donor family for the selfless decision to donate life. We are truly blessed to be where we are today.
