Resumen 02\/12"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hola todos.<br \/>Vale ha tenido un buen d&iacute;a.<br \/>Ya pasaron la ronda el neur&oacute;logo, cardi&oacute;logo y el cirujano. Todos est&aacute;n muy impresionados porque Vale no ha tenido ning&uacute;n d&eacute;ficit aparente a pesar del infarto. Vicky dice que es un milagro y que no podemos perder la fe.<br \/>Hab&iacute;an pensado en cambiar las v&aacute;lvulas de coraz&oacute;n de Berl&iacute;n porque tiene algunos dep&oacute;sitos de co&aacute;gulos (que en realidad siempre ha tenido) pero el cirujano vino y los miro y no piensa que sea necesario.<br \/>Le van a aumentar la dosis del anticoagulante poco a poco y monitorizar para que no haya ning&uacute;n sangrado.<br \/>El consenso general del equipo de trasplante es que entre m&aacute;s r&aacute;pido sea el trasplante mejor entonces van a ser un poco menos minuciosos para aceptar un coraz&oacute;n para Vale.<br \/>Muchas gracias a todos por estar pendientes.<br \/>Los queremos a todos!<\/p>\n<p>-\/-\/-\/-\/-\/-\/-\/-\/-\/-\/-\/-\/-\/-\/-\/-\/-\/-\/-\/-\/-\/-\/-\/<\/p>\n<p>Hi everyone.<br \/>Vale is having a great day today.<br \/>Neurology, cardiology and the cardiac surgeon rounded today and they are all very impressed with how Vale is doing despite of a recent stroke. Vicky says this is just another miracle and is asking me not to lose my faith.<br \/>The initial plan was to maybe change the Berlin heart&rsquo;s valves since it still has some blood clot deposits (those have actually been there forever) but the surgeon took a look at it and was not concerned about it. The plan is now to increase the dose of the blood thinners little by little while monitoring for any bleeding.<br \/>The general consensus by the trasplant team is that Vale needs a heart ASAP and they won&rsquo;t be as picky on choosing a heart for her.<br \/>Thank you all for being there for us.
