It still feels very unreal, even though she&#8217;s almost done with surgery. Thank you for holding her close to your hearts as she&#8217;s weathered all the bumps to get to this day. Now that she&#8217;s officially a transplant patient, we wanted to post a couple of fundraisers&nbsp;in honor of Ariana.&nbsp;Since an organ transplant is a lifelong condition, she will always have expenses associated with it. The funds will be available throughout her lifetime to assist with all transplant-related expenses.Thank you so much for supporting Ari.
