Happy Holidays! We feel so grateful to everyone who has donated this holiday season. Because of your generosity, we have been able to make a second round of contributions in time for the holidays– a gift that is so very much appreciated. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Leilani Morales is a 2 year old girl from Madera, California. She received her live-saving heart transplant on October of 2023 when she was just 7 months old. Her and her family continue to have a lot of post-transplant related expenses. https:\/\/cota.org\/cotaforlanibaby\/our-story\/<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Ethan Hanes is a 14 year old boy living in Woodbury, Minnesota who received a heart transplant when was just 2 years old! They continue to have difficulty with co-pays for his prescriptions. https:\/\/cota.org\/cotaforethanmh\/<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Zack Alexander is a 13 year old boy from Lehi, Utah who received his life-saving heart transplant in 2013. In the last two years, he unfortunately has also needed to be listed for a kidney transplant. Ongoing expenses for their family have been significant. https:\/\/cota.org\/cotaforzacka\/<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Jolie Moritz is a 3 month old girl from Minnetonka, Minnesota. shortly after birth, she was discovered to have biliary atresia and is now awaiting liver transplant. https:\/\/cota.org\/cotaforjoliestrong\/our-story\/<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
August Acedo is a 5 year old boy from Tucson, Arizona who was diagnosed with a rare cardiac tumor that caused him to go into heart failure. He has now received his life-saving heart transplant but continues to have significant expenses. https:\/\/cota.org\/cotaforteamaugusta\/our-story\/<\/p>\n\n\n\n
