JoEllen Baldwin joined the COTA Board of Directors in 2017. She has been actively involved on the Strategic Planning & Marketing Committee. JoEllen chose to serve on COTA’s Board of Directors for a number of reasons, some of which are highlighted here. “Helping others in my local and state communities led me to COTA. Being associated with COTA has expanded my horizons by helping the beautiful, young lives (and their families) who will become our future!”
JoEllen Baldwin is a Principal at Comprehensive Facilities Planning, Inc. and has been since January 2017. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Michigan State University.
JoEllen lives in Bloomington, Indiana, and has one adult child.
