COTA provides campaigns with COTA artwork for use in campaign materials. Artwork may be altered in size, but not in shape. Note that artwork can be used in the provided colors or in black/white and grayscale. Please do not change COTA artwork to any other color.
All materials printed for campaign activities, including press releases, brochures, posters, flyers, etc. must be approved by COTA prior to printing and distribution. Usually edits are made within one business day of submission. If faster approval is needed, call COTA to discuss the timeline. Typically the Campaign Coordinator or Public Relations Coordinator submit approval requests. Materials may be submitted via mail, email or fax.
