Porter’s journey to healing continues. He’s off another medicine and his O2 has been weaned a bit more. They are monitoring the fluid or lack of fluid output from his chest and are considering removing his chest tubes tomorrow. This was a huge day as we got to snuggle with him a little in his bed (pics posted). This was the closest to holding him we have gotten since January 3rd. Now we just need a heart – or as Oliver says – a “new red heart”.
