In April 2023, Adriel started getting “sick” where he was retaining fluids and was puffy in the face and coughing. These were also symptoms he had when he was sick with the respiratory virus he had previously.

April 13, 2023 he was hospitalized at Riley to help him get fluids off. He seemed a little better and family was able to take him back home. He still didn’t quite seem himself; he just still seemed sick.
