Today is a big day in Jaxon’s heart journey. We were scheduled to leave for St. Louis this am and there was an issue with the plane coming from there. So we waited to see how else they could get him there today. A knock at the door not only brought him Santa Clause and another Harry Potter goodie, but Santa brought some Christmas magic with him, and the nurses said 15 minutes and he will be leaving with the flight team! We waited till he left his room and then we jumped in the car and headed towards him in St. Louis! He has arrived safely.

He isn’t happy that mom and dad aren’t there yet, but we are making our way. Currently 150-ish miles from my baby who needs me the most. Thank you for all the prayers, love, and support so far. The next few days will be crazy busy with tests so the determine if he is a candidate for the heart transplant. So please keep the prayers coming!

Thank you to my parents, siblings, and the rest of our village for being willing to, able, and ready to take the other kids while we are with Jaxon. God, I miss them already, but I know they will get lots of love and hopefully some laughter with each of you.
