I have always tried my best to do good things for others.

My family, friends, even strangers. I don’t ask for anything in return. We have instilled this in my kids as well. From doing something kind for someone, handing out food to the homeless, and adopting a family every thanksgiving. If you ask anyone, I’m very independent. I don’t ask for help. I don’t let others do things for me that I would do for them in a second.

It’s just a humbling experience to have to ask and accept help.

By “help”, I don’t mean just financially but emotionally and mentally as well. Jaxon had an ok day…. He now has blood clots in his lungs and still in his heart. He has undergone lots of testing… the wait is difficult but the thought of him not making it is unbearable. We did find out that Ellie’s test came back normal, and it had no genetic issues. Hoping they can get a definitive decision as to if he can be listed by next Thursday (possibly sooner depending on test results).

Please continue to pray for our Jaxon. Also please pray for our other kids at home and our family who is caring for them while we are gone.
