Our friend and neighbor, Zack Nix, son of Dani and Tom, received a life-saving liver transplant at Denver Children’s Hospital in August 2024. Zack has a complex and rare medical history including Tetralogy of Fallot (congenital heart condition),
failure to thrive, and Abernethy Malformation of the vascular system to his liver.

Join us for Bingo to support COTA for Brave Zack. A $25 donation will get you 5 Bingo cards. Play for fun for prizes, and for a great cause.

Tickets for door prizes can be purchased for $5 per ticket, or $20 for 5 tickets.

100% of funds raised assist with transplant-related expenses.

Credit card and cash donations will be accepted.

The Children’s Organ Transplant Association (COTA) is a 501.3c national charity, which is dedicated to organizing and guiding communities in raising funds for transplant-related expenses.
