Last couple days have been relatively calm <3
As you know they opened up the one incision and had to tend to the hematoma that had formed. Since then we have had the transplant team assessing the wound.
It seems to be under control with the bleeding and they are going to try a wound-vac dressing on Friday this week hopefully. This should help to close the wound from the inside out.
Yesterday was a relatively chill day for us which was a nice change, no real “excitement”, and she was able to get a great nap and a good nights sleep.
Today she has had a busy morning with therapies and doctors but she had her friend Trotter the therapy dog visit again, so that brightens her spirits. Please continue the prayers and ask for more calm days.
Our entire family is honored by the outpouring of love from Cyla’s community. We appreciate all the donations made to COTA for Cyla for transplant related expenses both current and future.

Sending prayers to my Great Niece and Birthday buddy. Praying for God’s blessings for healing and peace. Love you sweet girl! ❤️Aunt Gretchen
