Our Story

Cymeian’s journey speaks volumes about his resilience and strength. Being born with Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome (HLHS) and facing so many challenges—from multiple open-heart surgeries to dealing with hypoplastic arteries and chylous effusions—truly makes him a warrior in every sense of the word.

Now, with a diagnosis of heart failure and the need for a heart transplant, Cymeian is undoubtedly stepping into another chapter of his battle with incredible bravery. His story highlights not only his courage but also the importance of medical advancements and the support system surrounding him.

The Children’s Organ Transplant Association (COTA) helps children and young adults who need a life-saving transplant by providing fundraising assistance and family support. COTA is the nation’s only fundraising organization solely dedicated to raising life-saving dollars in honor of transplant-needy children and young adults. 100% of each contribution made to COTA in honor of our patients helps meet transplant-related expenses. COTA’s services are free to our families, and gifts to COTA are tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law.

  1. I’m praying for the baby and the family for the strength that they need
Keep your faith and keep your hands in God‘s hands and let him control the wheel and that’s all we can do. I will continue to pray in Jesus name even.

  2. Praying for a complete recovery for this is one of God’s sweet angels here on earth. We know we serve an AWESOME GOD. Amen
