Dutch Blitz Tournament

Come out for a night of fun and games October 6th! 

In honor of Elizabeth Honan Amber, who is waiting to receive a double lung and liver transplant, we are hosting a fundraising event, featuring a Dutch Blitz Tournament! Dutch Blitz is a speed card game that Elizabeth grew up playing with her cousins and wanted to host an evening to have some fun and revive this beloved tradition! (Don’t know what Dutch Blitz is? In addition to the tournament there will be door prizes, raffles, games and mystery items for sale! 

Food and some refreshments will be included in the price of admission. 

All proceeds go to the Children’s Organ Transplant Association in honor of Elizabeth to help with transplant related expenses. 

Tournament details: We have 64 slots for competitors to fill so sign up soon to make sure you get to compete! You must be at least 13 years old to play in the tournament. You do not need to be a seasoned player, just willing to jump in and have fun! When you sign up please be sure to let us know which color you want to represent – Blue (Plows,) Red (Carriages,) Yellow (buckets/pails), or Green (pumps.)  You will not only be playing to win for yourself but also your team color! 

The winner will be awarded the ultimate in bragging rights and a trophy!

We need fans to cheer us on at the tournament, so don’t feel you have to play. Our goal is to raise some money and for everyone to have a great time!

*Note about childcare – We will not have activities specifically for children at this event. There will be a nursery for babies and small children but no childcare.
