Las Palapas #COTAhope

As a franchise owner of Las Palapas, I, Jeff Moore, am committed to serve the community which is a direct reflection of our corporate philosophy. It was brought to my attention, that Elliot will need a kidney transplant immediately and a few more throughout his lifetime.

We are honored to help Elliot by reaching out to our local community to contribute funds to Children’s Organ Transplant Association (COTA) to assist with a lifetime of transplant-related expenses. In order to relieve the financial burden for the parents of Elliot, Frida and Todd, we will be hosting this COTA fundraiser every day until the projected transplant date in July. Frida, mom of Elliot, attended Trinity University where she excelled and is by Elliot’s side every day along his journey. We want her to feel the support of her loving community.
