Hi friends and family. Emma is feeling prayers and good wishes, please keep them coming. She has been moved up to a Status 2 for receiving a Heart and the Transplant team estimates 2-6 weeks for her to receive one. She is on an ICU Transplant floor receiving amazing care, awake, eating well, and walking around when doctors instruct. She gets a new medication to help with her heart and they inserted a PICC line in her upper chest for further medication and blood draws. Emma’s brother Jake is very supportive and doing amazing (playing at NIU for his flag football today go JAKE!) Emma’s mom and dad are Living at the hospital and appreciate everyone’s prayers and thoughts. More to come as I can update. Thanks everyone.
