Recently, Jax and his family were contacted by Cornerstone Charter. Cornerstone provides “a fun day on the water for children battling health conditions and special needs.” They had been contacted by a friend of Jax’s, and were able to make arrangements to take Jax, his brother Brixx, and his mom and dad, Brittany and Jason, on a sunset cruise in the Charleston Harbor.
Cornerstone posted on their Instagram page:
Jaxson was diagnosed with severe aplastic anemia and admitted to the Shawn Jenkins Children’s Hospital in May. After multiple rounds of chemotherapy, and five months of endless hospital visits and stays, Jaxson recently received a bone marrow transplant from his little brother. How cool is that!
Jaxson has been meeting all his goals set by the doctors and everyone is optimistic that he can attend school again in March. Stay strong my man and keep pushing forward đź’Ş
