Fall can be such a fun time! For Jax, it’s proving to be just that. Whether it’s been at the hospital, for a trunk or treat in the neighborhood, or at the Harvest Festival that took place near his home last weekend, he’s enjoying dressing up in costumes and enjoying all that comes with fall.
In Charleston, you never really know what kind of weather you will get in October. One day it can be 55, another, 95. This hasn’t put a damper on Jax’s attitude though, and as anyone who knows you will tell you, he is always a cheerful boy.
When at the Harvest Festival in his neighborhood last weekend, Jax ran into a friend from school and another community buddy he calls his “best friend Myers.” The joy on these faces is priceless. They ran, they jumped, they rolled in the grass, as boys do.
It’s hard to believe that a few short months ago, Jaxson underwent his bone marrow transplant. He is so full of energy. He has always been, and he really never seems to be down. That spirit, that rambunctious energy, was really tested on Saturday when Jaxson rode a mechanical bull!!
Check out Brittany’s Facebook page for a video of the bull riding!
Myers has invited Jax to another fall festival at Highland Park Baptist Church in a few days. This is just another fun event to look forward to before Halloween even arrives!!
