✨ The most amazing thing happened — Gillian got to come home from the hospital Wednesday night! ✨
It’s been a busy, sleepless 48 hours, but our hearts are so full. We are so grateful to be back in our own space, surrounded by loved ones. 
Gillian even felt up to carving pumpkins with Townes and Graham — a moment that felt nothing short of miraculous. 🎃💜💜💜💜
