Since August, Zack began middle school and is nearing the end of his 1st quarter. Remember transitions in classes can be a little more challenging for Zack. Recently, Heart Warrior Zack had the CardioMem placed that will monitor changes in his health. Daily, he has to lay on a pad that reads the CardioMem and sends the info to his medical team to know if there need be any changes made for him.
