While Zack went for another check up with his
team at CMH, his kidneys showed signs for concern. Lab results showed he has grade 2 kidney disease and needs more testing next week. All of these tests and trips are examples of transplant-related expenses with which COTA funds could assist if the family so chooses to submit the expenses.
