Isaac had another clinic visit today. His labs and echocardiogram looked great! They are slowly weaning him off of the steroids which have helped him since his transplant surgery (4 weeks ago tomorrow!) but the steroids also have terrible side effects. Once he is off the steroids several other meds will be stopped as well. Slowly but surely we’re chipping away. Isaac’s wounds are slowly healing as well. His spirits continue to be good and he keeps us laughing with his quips and mischievous grin. ❤️ We are so thankful for the Airbnb the Lord provided and are trying to rest in the fact that God has given us this time to rest. ❤️
