Today, Isaac is officially on the heart transplant list—a step that feels both surreal and hard-earned.

Before June, there was hope that Isaac’s heart might recover on its own, but it became clear that a transplant was the best path forward. This milestone doesn’t feel like a celebration, but it’s a necessary point in the journey.

The waiting game is tough, and there’s fear in knowing that any day could bring life-changing news—along with all the unknowns that come with it. But we’re trying to focus on what’s in our control: supporting Isaac as he continues to live as fully as possible, and trusting that the right heart will come when the time is right.

We are incredibly grateful to those who choose to donate life through organ donation. It is an unimaginable gift. We know that Isaac’s future, and the futures of countless others, depend on the kindness and generosity of these selfless individuals.
