To raise money for COTA in honor of Jack, we are selling these awesome T-shirts! Order your t-shirt now by filling out the Google form linked below. The proceeds will go to COTA in honor of Jack to assist with a lifetime of transplant-related expenses.

Order your shirts by April 11 to get them at the Peace Out Pancreas Party! But if you don’t get them ordered by then, don’t worry—we’ll have them available at all our local events!
