Jacob is a man on a mission, and that mission is to keep moving! He’s just completed his fourth Conqueror virtual walking challenge, earning his latest medal and bringing his total walked distance to an incredible 349 miles. Today also marks Day 124 for him on the transplant list.

A huge Star Wars fan, Jacob has chosen only Star Wars-themed challenges. His ultimate goal is to complete all nine. He loves unlocking fun facts about a galaxy far, far away as he walks. Finishing his latest challenge is a huge accomplishment, and he’s already hard at work on his next one.

The medals are a powerful reminder of his resilience and everything he has accomplished. Every single step he takes brings him closer to that life-changing phone call for transplant.
