Hiss transplant surgery is scheduled for tomorrow at 5 am. We anticipate surgery to last between 16 and 24 hours.

We are so overwhelmed with gratitude and hope. As we walk into this miracle, we are asking for all the prayers you can spare. Please pray for Jacob’s strength, for the surgeons’ steady hands, and for a smooth and successful surgery.
Our hearts are also overflowing with gratitude for the donor family. In the midst of their own unimaginable grief, they have made the selfless decision to give the gift of life. We will be forever humbled by their generosity. Please hold this hero’s amily in your prayers.
