“Take Us Half Way By 2026!”

Thanks to the incredible generosity shown at our Silent Auction, we raised $7,500 for COTA in Honor of Jacob. Once these donations are submitted, we will celebrate an important milestone—reaching our mini-goal of $25,000. By raising $25,000 within our first 6 months of fundraising, COTA will award the COTA for Jacob’s Hope campaign a $2,500 grant to assist with transplant-related expenses. This is a tremendous accomplishment, made possible by people who love, care, and continue to rally around Jacob. We are deeply grateful.

Now, we’re inviting you to help us reach our next milestone: $12,500 more raised by December 31^st, 2025. This will bring us to $37,500—officially marking the halfway point toward our $75,000 overall goal.

We know this is a significant ask, and we don’t take it lightly. As we enter the final weeks of the year, we come boldly and humbly asking for your support to help us meet this next goal.

This is a season of giving, and we believe there is no greater gift than supporting COTA in Honor of Jacob. We cannot heal his body—that work belongs to Jacob and to God—but we can stand with him by supporting COTA and easing the burdens that come with a transplant journey.
