The BIG news for today is that Jaden is officially on the heart transplant list!

As exciting as this is for Jaden to be getting a chance at a new heart, someone has made a selfless decision to save others. With that being said, please help us in praying for whomever the donor may be as well as their family when the time comes.

It’s a huge mix of emotions, and we are going to work hard at keeping Jaden healthy. We need to be ready at all times for a call from the team, and we will have limited time to get to the hospital when it is time. Until then, we will get ready for the gift of life. ❤️
