We got the call!đź«€
Last night at 8:59 p.m., we received the highly anticipated call from Jaden’s doctors. A donor heart has become available. We were instructed to arrive at the hospital by midnight, now we’re just waiting and praying.
We want to take this time to acknowledge the donor that has made this sacrifice to save others and their family who are experiencing a difficult loss. We pray peace and comfort over them.
Please keep Jaden in your prayers. When Jaden received the news, he had the biggest smile on his face and was eager to call his closest friends and cousins. We pray that his recovery is smooth and that his body accepts his new heart. We pray that he walks away from this physically and mentally stronger.
*Surgery will either be today or tomorrow morning.
