What’s a WOD? It’s a Workout OF the DAY in the CrossFit slang! There will be modifications for ALL abilities!
The Dill’s have been a part of Crossfit Thunderbolt for over 5 years and what better way to show support for COTA in honor of Jaxon than to workout in his HONOR!
Tee Shirts can be purchased through link provided in the event and it is asked that a donation be made to the Children’s Organ Transplant Association in honor of Jaxon in lieu of payment for the workout event.
