Jesse’s friends Jarred and Rocky came to visit today. Jesse was beaming with pride that his friends took the time to come down to see him. In addition, Greg visited again today! Jesse has so enjoyed the company he’s received this weekend.

Medical progress of the day:

• Jesse came off of his last IV heart meds.
• The pacing wires in Jesse’s heart are no longer seeming necessary and will be removed on Monday.
• He only has one IV left in his arm, used only to give medication.
• Gastrointestinal difficulties have improved today! Jesse is so grateful his body has began regaining function of his bowels and bladder.
• He spent the day on a liquid diet but they anticipate a regular diet tomorrow. Previously he was eating regular food, but was switched to a liquid diet due to some abdominal swelling.
• Jesse also walked the entire floor today.

We are very proud of Jesse and the progress he has made and the advances that his body continues to make. The prayers are being felt and positive results are continued to be seen due to them. Thank you all!
