Huge news!! Jones has officially reached the size requirement necessary to be referred to a transplant center to begin the evaluation for a kidney transplant!! All of this comes 1 week before Jones’ one year anniversary of being home and out of the NICU, and Rylie and Justin are so ecstatic! They hope to get an appointment at Texas Children’s Hospital soon to start the next phase of this journey and get Jones one step closer to the lifesaving kidney transplant he needs!
