It’s been two and a half years with an LVAD, but tonight was Josiah’s first ever low flow alarm.
He was cooking and suddenly got dizzy, clammy, and lost hearing in one ear. And then came the alarms.
Thankfully, Eric happened to be with Josiah. We called 911 and his VAD Coordinator at University of Washington Hospital.
He was doing better by the time he took an ambulance ride to the hospital, and they are admitting him overnight for observation. We are thankful for the great care team that is so close to home!
And thank you for your prayers!
