Keona is a cute, fun-loving, artistic 14-year-old who has suffered from kidney failure since she was a baby. After a previous transplant failure, and now living the past two years on dialysis, her family is searching for a donor to help Keona get back to a normal life.

And, we’re planning an event to help her family on their way to getting Keona back to great health with an EVENING OF FUN at the Mizpah Center of Fort Wayne.

There will be a cover charge of $10/person ($25/family) and all these funds go to the campaign.

Please make plans now to attend this event and enjoy an evening of Keona’s art and other amazing items for auction. Food will be provided by Club Soda. Music and Karaoke will be provided courtesy of Rooster of Ambient Noise Entertainment. Plus, there will be lots of other fun activities to help raise money to support Keona with a new kidney!

Whether or not you can attend the event, please consider making a direct tax-free donations at www.COTAforKeke.com right away. You don’t have to wait for the Kidney for Keona event!

Also, would you be kind enough to contact us if you have questions? And, please be sure to share this fun event with everyone you know!! ??

The search for a matching donor is time-consuming and filled with high emotion. At this time, the family is seeking a healthy individual willing to become a kidney donor for Keona. The donor will not incur any financial costs for the donation surgery or the process. In general, donating a kidney does not change the donor’s health or life outlook. If you want to learn more about the kidney transplant process and how it works for donor and recipient, you’ll find information at https://iuhealth.org/find-medical-services/transplant.
