Landon’s PTLD treatments have been going great. He just had the 7th one and there is one more to go next week.
Landon is also back on Cidofovir infusions for the adenovirus. His kidney labs weren’t good this week so they changed the dose and added more fluids; now they take 4 hours three times per week at home. The virus copies in his blood sample are low so hopefully we’ll be able to stop those soon.
Between the infusions at home and once a week to the cities for PTLD treatments, it gets to be a lot. Landon’s liver labs are improving some, so hopefully that continues.
He has had a lot of sass and naughty spells lately (normal toddler phase LOL). It’s fun to see because he hasn’t felt good enough to get in trouble before. He’s clearly seen us shake our finger at him when being naughty throwing food on the floor enough times, because now he will wrinkle up his nose and shake his finger at us.
Oh our sweet boy. You have been through so much and you are such a fighter! Keep up the great work Landon. We praise God daily and thank him for bringing you to this point in your life. God has great plans for you Sweet Boy! Papa and Grammie love you so very much!
