Due to a cancellation at the hospital, Lesley’s surgery has been moved up to March 5th, 2024. This is good news for Lesley, as she has been experiencing a great deal of pain. 

During the week of Feb 19th, Lesley will be using a mask at school and she will stop being physically present in class for the week of February 26. On Saturday March 2nd, Angelique and Lesley will drive down to Cincinnati children’s hospital to prepare for the surgery.  

It is expected that 3 weeks post-surgery, Lesley will be released from the hospital to the Ronald McDonald house where she can begin to do her school work remotely. We will update you with news as things get closer. Stay tuned and please send good thoughts and prayers Lesley’s way.
