Last week was a difficult one for Harper. She was in a lot of pain for about 4-5 days from mucositis. She was on round the clock pain meds. But she made it through and managed to get to the other side of the hard stuff. She is now day +13. Her ANC shot up the last 2 days so we hope it does the same today! Yesterday her ANC was 330. They will consider her new cells “engrafted” once her ANC is 500 or more for 3 consecutive days. Once engrafted, they can plan discharge if she is not having any other issues! So nice to see her smiling face after a really hard week she has had lots of visitors the last few days which absolutely makes her day every time! I have been at work since Thursday, which makes everything so much more stressful, since we all know I’m a control freak. Just 3 more days and I’ll be back by her side
