Mac graduated from the PICU to the transplant floor

 when God moves Mac – little winks when he started playing, singing the night before- He moves Mac. I woke up & the night nurse said Mac had a great poop over night- also a great sign of tolerating j feeds and the formula he is on

 we had a new nurse come on named Jenna- what an angel – Jenna has 3 kids too and had one in the NICU this year. We related to knowing when it’s time. And well, Mac & Jenna were on the same page as God. After the end of the day with all the changes, Mac off oxygen support & then eating, the 7th floor had a room for us open up she said I should buy a lottery ticket. But nope that’s just the power of God. Thank you for hearing my cry Lord. Where we were a week ago compared to now.

Our surgeon Dr Armando came in and said “let’s get him outta the ICU. He looks amazing” he beamed over Mac and the journey we all took to get here and how it was a miracle Mac got his kidney before dialysis- “he was so close” to needing it.
