Tentative schedule:
The event begins after school and it is only students from around 3:15-4:30pm. During that time we do contests and clinics so they could do a workshop for a small group of kids or speak in the auditorium to a group of kids that are not in contests.
At 4:30pm, the rest of their families may enter. At that time, it is more of a festival atmosphere with kids wandering the halls with activities spread out around the school. We hold presentations from 5-5:45pm and 5:45-6:30pm if you are interested in doing anything during that time.
It would probably be best for the scrimmage to be in the gym from 6:30-7pm prior to the staff vs. students game at 7pm. That may give you more time than halftime of the game.
Will be collecting funds for CotaforNolanT and Bridge2Sports.
