Wow can you believe it’s been four weeks since we had our surgeries? The team is happy with her progress so next week she will be doing labs once a week instead of two and still see the doctor once a week. She had her stitches removed today which was a bit of a challenge. She had some anxiety about it but they are removed now!

 

She has gotten really good with the needle pokes and we are so proud of her.

One step at a time!

 

P.S. We found a nice place to walk by the Miami River that has boats. It’s very pretty and cool to see the bridge go up when boats go by.
