8 am – Bella is up and already called her big sister to say she she missed her. It made Abby’s day. It is so hard for these two to be separated. We miss our Abby and she is being so strong. We wouldn’t be able to make it without our prayer network and the amazing folks at school who are taking care of Abby. Family is holding down the fort and making sure the animals and Abby eat. The calls, texts and messages make our day.

Goal for the day: get the chest tubes out so we can cough more comfortably.

Bella is working hard and practicing Blowing Bubbles! to work her lungs.
