The moment you met Elena, she immediately pulls you in and wants to play with you, within 10-20 minutes you most likely will be doing a combination of singing, dancing, and role-play. This little girl knows how to have fun, here are some of her current favorite activities:

Music

Elena LOVES all types of music and playing the ukulele/keyboard. She will sing along to just about anything (even if it’s the first time she’s heard it). As her vocabulary has expanded so has her song catalog. Her top favorites include Frozen, Moana, Elmo, Cocomelon, and Aladdin…as well as multiple theme songs, movie soundtracks, preschool songs, and silly songs we make up at home. If she doesn’t know the exact words, she’ll make up her own real-time or hum along. She also likes to listen to popular songs from Shawn Mendez, Taylor Swift, Beyoncé, etc. Currently, her favorite song is: “I’m Still Standing” (version from the “Sing” movie soundtrack). She likes to play pretend piano while singing along with the track…actually on second thought…Baby Shark is actually in the number one spot, but “I’m Still Standing” is a close second.

Dance

As you’d expect singing and dancing often go hand in hand. For a three-year-old, she has a great sense of pitch, tempo, and rhythm. She particularly likes to watch music videos or Instagram dance challenges and then try to recreate them with similar choreography of her own. Even in public, she has no hesitation to dance or sway when music is playing. Is very endearing to see her joy constantly expressed with movement.
