Grace continued to have big victories and small setbacks, until finally over a month later on March 20th, 2019, Grace was able to fly home to Ohio! She was transported again by a medical team from Stanford to Cincinnati Children’s Hospital into the CICU where she continued to receive care. She was one step closer to home!
