Jasmine Smith age 21 years old suffer from chronic kidney disease..Jasmine was born on June 1,1999.She has 2 brothers and 2 SISTER’S.
Jasmine became sick on February 21,2020 she started feeling sick and in pain. We tired many different ways where she didn’t have to be placed on DIALYSIS. But her heath just kept getting worser. So DIALYSIS was her only choice . Jasmine feel that she is very limited too doing things because she be so very tired. Before her health failed her she enjoyed hanging with family friends going shopping swimming etc. Jasmine feel like this is going to be a long journey but with the help of her Supportive Family , FRIENDS ,and COTA She will make it and we will help push her thru.
