March 19, 2025 – Prayers, please! Ken was doing so, so well! But overnight developed extremely painful breathing and pain in lungs, kidneys. He is in the ER now getting some scans and bloodwork. Transplant team has been called for a consult.

Per the CT scan today, he’s got a bruise on his liver and an air pocket around his lung. Not overly abnormal complications from the transplant surgery, but certainly very painful ones. He’s being admitted to the hospital tonight to get oxygen, pain medicine and observation.
