It has been another busy month of appointments. After 12 months of physical therapy Luke has officially been discharged. He continues to have speech and occupational therapy once a week. Yesterday he had his monthly nephrology appointment. His labs remained stable but he lost weight due to being sick from a stomach virus. The doctor would like for him to gain more weight before the transplant.  He did a great job having his blood drawn and only cried for a few seconds! We are still in the process of determining the donor and will meet with his nephrologist again next month.
