Mini Photo Session Fundraiser – Baby Grace Photography

You may have heard of Max — he’s a 16-year-old student at Fishers High School who is currently in need of a kidney transplant. While insurance helps cover many medical expenses, there are still countless additional costs that come with a journey like this for both Max and his family.

We are raising money for the Children’s Organ Transplant Association (COTA) in honor of Team Max. COTA helps families with fundraising assistance and by assisting with the many extra expenses associated with transplant surgery and recovery.

When I saw Max’s mom post about a fundraiser, I immediately wanted to find a way to help. So, I decided to host a full day of mini photo sessions, with proceeds benefiting COTA for Team Max!

📍 Location: Geist Park  

📅 Date: June 27

To take advantage of the best lighting and avoid the summer heat, I’ll be offering two session timeframes:

• 7:00–10:00 AM  

• 6:00–8:30 PM

Each session will be:

• 10 minutes long  

• Include a minimum of 20 edited digital images  

• Images can be downloaded and printed however you choose

💲 Session Cost: $60  

• $50 will go directly to COTA for Team Max  

• $10 covers credit card processing fees and gallery hosting costs

If your family has more than 5 people, please book two back-to-back sessions. You’re also welcome to book multiple time slots if desired!

To reserve your spot, 50% is due at booking. The remaining balance will be due two weeks before your session date so that if plans change, we have time to fill the spot with another family.

If you’d like to donate more, there will be an option to add an additional donation to your invoice, or you may donate in person and I will ensure it gets to COTA for Team Max.
