Hi! We want to thank everyone for all the love you have given us, we can’t put into words how helpful it is to know we have such an amazing group of family and friends.
Theo had his latest appointment on September 17 at the hypertension clinic with his nephrologist. His labs showed a decline in his kidney function. He is currently at 30% and when he is at 25%, that is when the transplant will be needed. No one knows how quickly that will happen, but he is declining at a consistent rate, which is a positive and what we want. With this decline it means that moving forward, we will just be meeting with the transplant team. Starting in January, every three months we will meet with the transplant team at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin. We know he will be in the best hands with this team.
For now, we just continue to watch him closely for any changes we may notice. He is enjoying the fall and all the fun things that brings! Thank you again, for all of your love, and please keep us in your prayers. We will update again soon!
Love,
The Scott Family

The Songs of Love Foundation is a national nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization that creates free, personalized, original songs to uplift children and teens currently facing tough medical, physical, or emotional challenges, while also fostering a supportive and empowering platform for singer/songwriters to share their unique talents and make a positive impact on the lives of others. Each “song of love” is professionally produced with lyrics containing the child’s name and references to all of his or her favorite activities, things, people, and pets. Songs are written and performed in any language in the musical style that the child likes best (kids, pop, R&B, rap, rock, alternative, etc.), by many talented singer/songwriters. Each “song of love” is delivered pre-loaded on our Song Of Love USB 8GB drive.
As each child is unique, so is every “song of love” composition. Since 1996 the Songs of Love Foundation has reached out to over 42,000 children in over 600 hospitals and healthcare facilities in all 50 states and the world.
