Violet is out of surgery and in recovery. The procedure took about 12 hours in total. There were some minor complications, but for the most part everything went well and everything is looking good right now. They’re keeping her sedated for now so that her body can rest and recover. We’re praying for no complications but we’ll see how things progress in the upcoming days/weeks. She has at least a 2 week recovery time in the hospital, it could be longer depending on if we encounter any complications. My girl is so brave and so strong I’m so proud of her and how resilient she is 💜
