Owensville Watermelon Fest

This past Saturday, August 1st, Wrenley was asked to be Grand Marshal of the Watermelon Festival Parade in Owensville. We decorated her float in zebra ribbons, which represent rare diseases. We had inflated zebras, balloons with the zebra ribbons on it, black and white streamers, bubble machine, and banners as well as adorable matching shirts made by one of our favorite people. It did rain but we did not let that stop the fun! We passed out candy, bouncy balls, zebra keychains, beads, and drink cozies with Wrenley’s COTA information to try and help spread awareness with her story. Wrenley’s float won the judge’s pick. Wrenley had so much fun waving at everyone and trying to throw out candy. COTA for Wrenley’s Fight was the beneficiary of the ATV Poker Run, Corn Hole Tournament, and the ACMS Autocross Motorsports car show. Wrenley had so much fun riding on the float, looking at all the cars, and getting to pull the ticket for the car show raffle. Wrenley and family was asked to sign the car with the ACMS Autocross. It was a busy day for our little Wrenley Ray! It was amazing to see the community come together and help rally around our girl. We are truly beyond blessed for all the love we are receiving. We are so very thankful for all the prayers, love, and donations to COTA to help our girl!
